Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy covers www.invistock.com, the Invistock marketing website. It describes what we collect when you browse this site or book a demo, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and no personal information. We collect information in two cases:
Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. IP addresses are processed by Google per their measurement terms; we do not use analytics to identify individuals.
Booking a demo. The "Book a demo" buttons open a Google Calendar scheduling page. The name and email you enter there are used to hold the meeting and follow up about Invistock — nothing else.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies; blocking them does not affect the site.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any information you've shared (for example, demo booking details) at any time — use the contact options on this site and we'll action it promptly.
Product data
Data you put into the Invistock product itself (your catalog, stock, documents) is governed by your customer agreement, not this website policy. In short: it's your data, it's exportable in full, and it's protected by role-based access, audit logging and encryption in transit.
