Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy covers www.invistock.com, the Invistock marketing website. It describes what we collect when you browse this site or book a demo, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and no personal information. We collect information in two cases:
Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. IP addresses are processed by Google per their measurement terms; we do not use analytics to identify individuals.
Booking a demo. The "Book a demo" buttons open a Google Calendar scheduling page. The name and email you enter there are used to hold the meeting and follow up about Invistock — nothing else.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies; blocking them does not affect the site.
Application storage
The Invistock application at app.invistock.com stores a small number of items in your browser. All of them are either required to keep you signed in or remember a preference you set yourself. None are used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking, and the application loads no third-party tracking scripts.
- Session tokens — keep you signed in between page loads and refresh your session. Cleared when you sign out.
- Sidebar state — remembers whether you left the navigation expanded or collapsed.
- View preferences — remembers per-screen choices such as expanded detail panels and whether the barcode scanner beeps on a successful scan.
Because everything above is strictly necessary or set by your own action, no consent banner is required. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and resets the preferences; nothing else is affected.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any information you've shared (for example, demo booking details) at any time — use the contact options on this site and we'll action it promptly.
Product data
Data you put into the Invistock product itself (your catalog, stock, documents) is governed by your customer agreement, not this website policy. In short: it's your data, it's exportable in full, and it's protected by role-based access, audit logging and encryption in transit.
